Our Client requires a Business Analyst to bridge between Business needs and Program solutions. You will possess a unique blend of business acumen, analytical skills, and communication expertise.
Key responsibilities:
- Scheduling and facilitation of small to medium sized meetings and workshops with key stakeholders to gather business needs.
- Business Case development in conjunction with the Strategic Asset Management Framework.
- Progression of the Business Case through funding submission cycle and liaison with external stakeholders.
- Business process analysis, process diagrams development, gap analysis and recommendation on processes improvement.
- Creating a range of detailed plans, workflows and checklists to support Business Case development.
- Working closely with stakeholders and project teams to analyse business processes procedures and requirements in order to establish requirements and ensure solutions support the defined scope of business requirements.
- Provision of best practice and unbiased solution advice based on requirements.
- Participation in weekly progress meetings with key Managers.
Skills Required:
- Meeting/Workshop facilitation experience
- Key Stakeholder management and relationship building (Internal & External),
- Coordinating and Managing Project Teams
- Manage Major Projects and facilitating weekly progress meetings
- Providing solution support and team support
- Business Analyst including Business Process Analysis experience of at least 2 years
