Job Description Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth of Capital Equipment in the assigned territory of NSW, VIC and QLD. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in key customer accounts. Negotiate and close agreements with large customers in the environmental and waste water space. Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand specific market conditions and offer solutions based on this knowledge. The Successful Applicant A successful Capital Equipment Sales professional should have: Proven work experience as a Sales professional in the environmental/wastewater/water treatment space. Solid understanding of sales strategies and industry regulations. Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude. Excellent communication skills with a customer service orientation. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
