About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Support Worker to join our team, providing in-home support to individuals in their own homes.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Providing personal care including showering, grooming, and toileting assistance
* Assisting with domestic tasks such as cleaning, cooking, and laundry
* Transporting clients to appointments and community outings
* Promptly administering medication and providing social support
Requirements:
* Certification in Aged Care or Individual Support (or equivalent)
* First Aid and Medication Competency certificates
* A reliable, insured vehicle and an Open QLD Driver Licence
* Fully vaccinated for COVID-19
