Job Description
The opportunity
TCCD are a privately owned Australian business with the privilege of working with some of the biggest global brands through our client Procter and Gamble. Our culture is one of accountability and ownership, where our people are genuinely supported as part of a close-knit team. We are Independent Grocery specialists; it's a complex channel, but we have the resources, relationships and capability to unlock its growth potential.
We are looking for a National Account Manager who will be responsible for driving growth in selected categories of Procter and Gamble's portfolio across National Metcash, large MSO groups, and FoodWorks. You will develop and implement Joint Business Plans (JBPs), promotional programs, range reviews, distribution, and display strategies through alignment with our partners, which is then executed via our internal field team.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive trusted partnerships with clients and customers for win-win-win outcomes.
* Develop and execute JBP's and category plans for your designated categories on the P&G portfolio.
* Work with field team to ensure exceptional execution of plans.
* Work with internal stakeholders ensuring stock and execution requirements are delivered on time in full for planned activities

Who You Are
You're a salesperson who is keen to make a difference as part of a team. You equally enjoy the autonomy to make things happen and the accountability to deliver results. You have a track record of building trusted relationships. You already have customer management experience, maybe not all the experience required for this role from day 1, however you are an eager learner who is willing to take feedback on and adapt. Alternatively you are a seasoned account manager who is looking for the right environment to make a difference in. You also understand that for every sale generated, that cost should be appropriate to maximise ROI.
