About the Role
As our Dental Front Office Coordinator, you play a pivotal role in the success of our practice. You are the first impression of our clinic and the central hub that keeps everything running smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, responsibility and being part of a professional, supportive team.
You will be responsible for:
* Patient concierge and front desk management
* Medical history collection and updating
* Appointment scheduling, coordination and optimisation
* Processing payments and daily reconciliation
* Managing patient enquiries (phone, email and in-person)
* Health fund liaison and claims processing
* Supporting smooth day-to-day practice operations

About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
* Have a minimum of 1 year experience as a receptionist (essential)
* Have experience in Dental, Medical or Allied Health (highly regarded)
* Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
* Demonstrate initiative and an autonomous work style
* Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
* Have a high level of computer literacy
* Be reliable, professional and well-presented
* Hold unrestricted working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available)
