The Role:
As the Operations Manager, you will ensure all events meet client requirements and expectations. This involves allocating resources efficiently, from permanent staff to freelancers, to streamline operations. The current team comprises 8 technicians and 6 sales staff.
Requirements:
* Solid experience in the AV industry managing or supervising teams of installers/technicians.
* Excellent technical knowledge of Audio Visual systems.
* Experience managing large installation projects; hands-on background is an advantage.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
