Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital acquisition campaigns across Australia and New Zealand markets.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will have significant ownership over key digital marketing initiatives, including user acquisition, campaign management, and data analysis. You will work closely with the broader marketing team to ensure alignment between digital initiatives and overall brand strategy.
The ideal candidate will have experience with paid social, paid search, and/or app campaigns, as well as a strong understanding of marketing analytics and attribution models. You should also be familiar with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
In addition to your technical skills, you should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute digital acquisition campaigns across Australia and New Zealand markets
* Manage day-to-day operations of performance marketing channels, including search, social, and app store advertising
* Monitor campaign performance, optimize budgets, and make recommendations for improvement
* Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure alignment between digital initiatives and overall brand strategy
* Develop testing frameworks to continuously improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs
* Provide regular reporting on key performance metrics and actionable insights
Requirements
* 2-4 years' experience in digital marketing with hands-on campaign management experience
* Demonstrated experience with paid social, paid search, and/or app campaigns
* Understanding of marketing analytics and attribution models
* Experience with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads)
* Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude or similar
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
