We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Grampians region. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering allied health services to clients and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.
About Your Role:
* You will work with a diverse caseload, including family violence, mental health, NDIS, and home care packages.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
* Provide home visits as needed and support individuals through various health challenges.
Desired Skills & Experience:
* Relevant qualifications in Occupational Therapy or other allied health disciplines.
* Experience in community health or a willingness to learn.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and colleagues.
