About the role: Reporting to the Team Manager, some of your duties for the role will include: Managing a psychology case load of clients with complex psychological disorders where clinical psychology is the primary service being provided Contributing to the development of individual multidisciplinary care plans for consumers Participating in peer review and quality assurance procedures for psychologists within the region Planning and providing specialist treatment programs for complex psychological disorders. These may include cognitive and behavioural therapies, in group and individual formats Contributing to the supervision of postgraduate psychology students About you: Experience working within a community mental health team for older adults Participation in multi-disciplinary team environment in health, mental health or aged care Experience in the application of a range of evidence based psychological assessment and therapeutic intervention strategies Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with consumers and carers in a socially and culturally relevant manner Demonstrated ability working effectively in a multi-disciplinary team with a wide range of disciplines Please see the attached Role Description for additional information.
