Nurse Manager - Integrated Operations Centre$122,365 to $129,060 per annum (Pro rata).
You will be joining the Mersey Community Hospital Integrated Operations Centre team.
This includes the rostering support unit, IOC administration, Discharge Planners, casual pool and After-Hours Nurse Managers.
As a leader of the IOC as the Nurse Manager you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the IOC and oversight over hospital wide staffing and patient access and flow in collaboration with the Nursing Director Integrated Operations and Nursing and Operations Director.

Fixed term, part time, day worker/ shift worker position, working up to 32 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible until 16 August 2025.

Salary: $122,365 to $129,060 per annum (Pro rata).
Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Salary range is in accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmania State Service) Agreement 2023.In addition, the following allowances calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available:
