Join to apply for the Safety Advisor role at Design Build
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Safety Advisor to join a National Tier 2 commercial construction company based in Brisbane.
They are looking for someone on a permanent basis to work out of their Brisbane office and out on site.
As an HSE Advisor, you will be responsible for overseeing safety performance across multiple project sites, promote a strong safety culture, drive continuous improvements, and advise on the management of Work, Health and Safety (WHS) risks across your projects.
Responsibilities
* Ensure the sites are of a high safety standard, promote a strong safety culture
* Full control of your own projects across Brisbane from start to project completion
* Travel between sites across Greater Brisbane
* You may be required to oversee 1-3 projects at one time, depending on complexity and value.
* Working on projects ranging from $30-$60 million
About you
* Certification IV in Work Health and Safety or higher
* Ideally 3 years of experience as a Safety Advisor within commercial construction
* You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple projects
* Passionate about construction safety
* Competent computer and system skills
