A leading Tier 1 builder is seeking an experienced Structures Supervisor with strong precast and structural construction experience to join a major large‑scale project in Western Sydney. This is a long‑term 12‑month contract offering stability and the chance to play a key role in a high‑profile build
The Role
* Supervise structural and precast works across key stages of the project
* Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and sequencing to ensure smooth delivery
* Oversee quality, safety, and compliance for all structural activities
* Monitor progress against program and support the site leadership team
* Resolve onsite issues and maintain strong communication with engineers and PMs
About You
* Experienced Tier 1 or Tier 2 Structures Supervisor with proven precast and structural background
* Strong understanding of construction and structural methodologies
* Solid WHS knowledge and commitment to safe site practices
* Ability to lead teams and manage multiple work fronts
* Organised, proactive, and solutions‑focused
