About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to lead and grow our presence across Bundaberg, Hervey Bay, and Maryborough in the Wide Bay-Burnett region of Queensland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop sales strategies tailored to trade and retail customers
* Build strong long-term relationships with customers
* Identify new business opportunities through fieldwork and local knowledge
* Represent Penrite products at trade events, expos, and regional customer meetings
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5+ years' experience in territory or regional sales (automotive or trade-related preferred)
* Prior tenure with a major oil brand or a reseller/distributor of a major oil and lubricant company
* Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and grow market share
