Role Overview
Full‐time role Monday to Friday with flexible schedule options: 9‐day fortnight, monthly RDO or standard 38‐hour week.
Responsibilities
* Record financial transactions in Xero.
* Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate balances.
* Assist in preparing financial statements, P&L reporting and budgets.
* Manage accounts payable & receivable, including monitoring and collecting outstanding payments.
* Create invoices and perform related administrative tasks.
Qualifications
* Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping.
* Minimum 2 years experience in accounts payable & receivable and invoicing.
* Strong work ethic, reliability, professional appearance and punctuality.
* Ability to work independently and efficiently.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to safe working practices.
* Proficient in Xero and Microsoft Office.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
