You’ll undertake, manage and support the delivery of engineering design for our water assets across Western Australia. This includes 12% standard employer contribution, plus an additional 2% employer co-contribution that matches your own 2% contribution.Purchase additional leave of up to 12 weeks or work 4 years at a reduced salary and take the fifth year off as paid leaveDiscover more benefits we offer to support the unique and individual ways our employees live.What The Role Will InvolvePlan and manage the development and delivery of complex designs and reports for the solution and engineering problems using in-house or external resourcesPrepare briefs for engagement of consultants; evaluate consultant proposals and makes recommendationsManage the preparation of complex tender documents, undertake tender analysis and make recommendationsDeliver engineering designs or advice for the solution of engineering problems using in-house or external resources.Provide advice to and liaise with internal customers, external suppliers, service agencies, consultants, industry regulators and agencies in relation to infrastructure designRepresent the Corporation in consultation and negotiations with Government agencies, local authorities, consultants, developers and community groups.About YouYou’ll have a degree in a civil / structural engineering discipline or similar, along with considerable water related professional engineering experience in a civil and structural field. Your demonstrated experience in planning, definition and design including in-house design of infrastructure assets, with experience with preparation and review of reports and tenders will set you up for success in this role.Sound like a match?
