Job Title: Business Communications Specialist
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing internal communications programs and content development and distribution services across various business units.
* Content development and distribution for internal and external communications purposes
* Develop and execute core internal communications programs
* Provide internal communications change management advice and support
* Design and develop content for internal projects
Key responsibilities include:
1. Executing internal communications plans to achieve organizational goals
2. Developing and distributing engaging content to various stakeholders
3. Providing guidance on effective internal communications practices
Requirements:
* Exceptional writing skills
* Tertiary qualification in marketing/communications or a related field
* At least 5 years of experience in a communications-related role
Candidate should have strong knowledge of business solutions, advanced editing and writing skills, and relevant experience in internal communications planning and change management. Relevant qualifications include tertiary studies in marketing or communications, or similar fields.
