The Role of a Registered Nurse
This position is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Home Care program. The selected candidate will provide clinical assessments, reviews and care needs for clients in various suburbs. They will also lead, support and supervise Care Advisors and Home Care staff, collaborating with local healthcare professionals to deliver responsive care in clients' homes.

Requirements
* Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification with current registration as a Div 1 Nurse
* At least 3-5 years experience as a Registered Nurse in Community, Commonwealth Home Support or District Nursing
* Strong team player with flexibility and a positive attitude
* Endorsed for Continence Assessments and Prescription (highly desirable)
