0.53EFT fixed term 16/1/26-16/1/28.
Your New Role
Allied Health – Psychology is a dynamic team comprised of neuropsychologists, clinical psychologists and health psychologists.
There is a strong culture of clinical research in both teams with a number of research projects underway.
Key Responsibilities
You will work across our inpatient, outpatient acute and subacute services.
You will provide assessment as well as shorter-and-longer-term interventions to support patients' mental health and engagement with treatment.
You will work closely with other psychologists, your Allied Health colleagues and the multidisciplinary team to provide the highest quality care.
About you
You have experience working in public hospital settings.
You have a passion for patient-centred and value-based healthcare.
You are committed to continuous learning and are interested in variety in your work.
You are good at prioritising, have effective communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively.
You are an AHPRA registered psychologist working towards endorsement in Clinical or Health Psychology.
