We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Frontline Operations group.

As a Frontline Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing staff capabilities while driving business improvements across Frontline Operations to support clients in meeting their taxation, registration and superannuation obligations. You'll collaborate closely with your team and stakeholders to identify improvements, resolve issues, and evaluate feedback to improve staff and client experiences. You will apply sound judgment and operate within established frameworks to ensure the quality and consistency of information and client interactions.

Depending on your area of expertise you may:

* provide complex technical, legislative, and procedural advice to clients and colleagues
* be responsible for researching and interpreting policies
* resolve complex enquiries, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of client records
* contribute to the development and delivery of diverse learning solutions, aligned with business needs and informed by stakeholder consultation
* undertake business analyst tasks, such as identifying and scoping improvement initiatives, and interpreting data and process insights
* contribute to project work, prepare legal notices, and undertake debt recovery actions in line with the ATO's legal obligations
* utilise analytical skills to help drive informed decisions and positive client outcomes in a multi-channel scheduled environment.

These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in various locations across Australia.
