They are geared up for the continuing growth of their client base and projects under management, which means an exciting opportunity is available for an experienced ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR : COMMISSIONING MANAGER to join their team, based in the northern suburbs.

About The Role :
This senior and critical role will be responsible for managing electrical and control systems design, installation, testing, commissioning and documentation across a range of infrastructure projects. You'll work closely with our internal engineering teams, project managers and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high technical standard.
To really excel, you'll require an Electrical Trade Accreditation or Degree in Electrical Engineering, supported by 5 years demonstrated experience in electrical and/or controls project engineering. You'll also have a solid understanding of both electrical systems and automation/control systems and proven experience with shutdowns, commissioning and on-site coordination.
Here Are Some Key Responsibilities :
* Manage the electrical and control system components of multidiscipline projects and contractors, from design through to commissioning.
* Collaborate with project managers, internal teams and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration across disciplines.
* Liaise with client engineering and commissioning representatives.
* Review and contribute to subcontract documentation and supplier management.
* Provide detailed design input where required, based on preliminary concepts.
* Plan and manage electrical shutdowns and interface works.
* Lead commissioning and final handover activities for project completion.
* Support tender preparation and contribute technical insights as needed.
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality and engineering standards.
