Role Overview
In this hands‐on role, you'll support and train our café trainees as they gain real‐world experience in a welcoming, inclusive environment. Working alongside hospitality and disability professionals, you'll help deliver great coffee, great food, and even greater opportunities.
In this hands‐on role, you'll guide trainees in developing barista, food prep, and customer service skills—helping them grow personally and professionally on their journey toward employment and independence.

This is a casual position, covering opening hours of 7.00 am – 3.00 pm.
About You
You are an experienced Disability Support Worker with customer service and barista experience within the hospitality industry.
Skills & Requirements
* Experience in the hospitality and/or disability sector
* Certificate IV in Disability (preferred but not essential)
* Food Safety Handling Certificate (or willing to obtain)
* Experience and confidence operating a coffee machine (preferred)
* Confident and capable of teaching and training hospitality skills (essential)
* Outstanding customer service skills
* Excellent communication, organisation and time‐management skills
* NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
* Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
