Position Summary
The Operations Manager will support the General Manager – RTO with the effective delivery and strategic growth of our training department. This pivotal role will also provide leadership across training delivery, program development, compliance, and operational support to enable high-quality training outcomes and continuous improvement.
Essential skills and attributes you must have include:
* Proven experience in a senior operations role, preferably as a 2IC or Operations Manager, demonstrating leadership continuity and effective decision-making.
* In-depth knowledge of the ASQA framework and demonstrated experience ensuring RTO compliance.
* Experience contributing to or leading strategic initiatives that improve training service delivery and support sustainable business growth.
* Strong background in developing and implementing training policies, procedures, and standards aligned with regulatory and industry requirements.

* Full compliance with ASQA standards and RTO requirements is consistently achieved and documented.

* Maintain rigorous compliance with ASQA framework and Registered Training Organization (RTO) requirements.
* Collaborate on strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery and sustainable growth.
* Develop and implement training policies, procedures, and standards aligned with regulatory guidelines.
