Remuneration: $72,152.53 - $101,299.48 per annum, pro rata - dependent on qualifications
Hours Per Week: up to 38

Responsibilities
Provide case management within the framework of a multidisciplinary review team structure delivering time-limited, specific, evidence-based, community-focused person-centered care.
Deliver individual and group-based treatment, manage individual clinical loads and collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary treatment process.
Provide assessments, evidence-based treatment and case management services to adults 18 years and over referred to the service experiencing psychiatric illnesses.
Apply the principles of Trauma-Informed Care and Recovery and work in accordance with the National Practice Standards for Mental Health Workforce and NSW Health Mental Health Competencies.
