Assisi Catholic College is a beautifully designed P-12 Brisbane Catholic Education co-educational school, with an enrolment of approximately 1,520 students. Summary
Provide dynamic support across a range of tasks to enhance and streamline the library’s operations, fostering a thriving learning space!

* Work hours: 18.00 hours per week | Monday - Wednesday (3 Days)
* Salary: $33.18 per hour + super (School Salary Scale)
* Status: Term Time Continuing

About The Opportunity
In this position you will be responsible for:
* Providing a wide range of support to the classroom teacher or teacher librarian to effectively manage their availability, schedules, and appointments
* Using various software applications to effectively process and maintain accurate records, draft, update, and format standard documents, and handle sensitive information with discretion under the direction of senior team members
* Responding to enquiries ensuring accurate and relevant information is provided in a timely manner, resolving any concerns or issues that may arise, and recording relevant correspondence according to set processes and procedures
* Assisting in the development, maintenance and operations of systems and databases recommending improvements as necessary within routine methods and procedures
* Helping to establish and maintain filing and records management systems, including registers and databases.
About You
To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:
* Strong organisational skills to manage schedules and appointments for teachers or teacher librarians
* Proficiency in software applications for record-keeping, document drafting, and handling sensitive information
* Effective communication skills to respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly
* Experience helping to develop, maintain, and improve systems and databases
* Knowledge of filing and records management systems, including registers and databases
* For this position you are not required to be Catholic.

* Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment
* Hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement.
