This full-time position is based onsite at Wenty Leagues with the main responsibility being to maintain all garden areas to a high standard. There will also be an opportunity to upskill in greenkeeping for the right person.

Responsibilities
* Assist with leading a team of horticultural maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
* Perform regular horticultural maintenance including mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, mulching, and fertilising.
* Maintain ornamental gardens, hedges, lawns, and feature planting areas to premium presentation standard.
* Operate and maintain horticultural tools, machinery, and irrigation systems safely and effectively.
* Assist in seasonal planting, turf renovation, and landscape improvement projects.
* Identify and treat plant pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies.
* Work collaboratively with facilities staff to support events and operational needs.

About You
We are looking for an individual who holds a Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens and has excellent working knowledge of horticultural tools and equipment such as hedgers, whipper snippers, blowers, hand tools, and some petrol-operated equipment.
The candidate must be willing to obtain a White Card and Working with Children's check if not already available.
