The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, including administrative tasks, reception duties, and event planning. They will assist with maintaining shared drives, coordinating meetings, and ordering lunch.
Main Responsibilities
 * Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and well-organized.
 * Manage office supplies and equipment, ordering when necessary.
 * Schedule meetings and appointments, and manage correspondence.
 * Organize postal and courier matters.
Support the Leadership Team by providing high-level administrative assistance:
 * Arrange travel and accommodation arrangements.
 * Prepare reports and documents using Microsoft Office software.
 * Coordinate meeting rooms and undertake special projects.
Requirements
 * A minimum of 1 year's experience in an administrative role.
 * A proactive approach to work and a desire to work in a dynamic office environment.
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills.
 * Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
