Von Bibra Auto Group are a multi-franchised Group of dealerships located on the Gold Coast and is now seeking a Service Receptionist/Consultant to join their servicing team located in Ashmore.

Are you organised, customer‑focused, and great at keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Service Receptionist / Consultant to join our Service Department and provide essential support that keeps our workshop operating at its best.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service every day.

About the Role

As our Service Receptionist/Consultant, you will play a key part in the efficient day‑to‑day operation of the service department. Working closely with Service Advisors, Technicians, the Warranty team, and Management, you’ll provide administrative support, customer assistance, and coordination for service and warranty activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls and transfer as required

* Meet and greet customers when Service Advisors are engaged

* Contact future service customers to confirm bookings and ensure required parts are available

* Make service bookings and respond to customer enquiries

* Assist the Service Manager with general administrative tasks

* Audit paperwork to verify accuracy and compliance with factory/distributor requirements

* Stay informed about factory recalls and announcements

* Assist with preparing and following up on warranty claims

* Maintain service and customer records to warrantor standards

* Book in service customers on arrival, provide updates throughout the day, finalise invoices, and process payments
