About the Role

As a Metallurgical Graduate you will work in some of the most well-established mining districts, which have pioneered several mining innovations whilst producing some of the current local and global mining and resource leaders. Our industry-leading and experienced professionals will challenge you each step of the way – to think differently, ask questions and come up with creative solutions. You will have access to unrivalled opportunities and unlimited potential to grow your career. Your responsibilities would include analysing plant performance on a day-to-day basis and providing consistent technical direction to Production teams, identifying opportunities to improve performance of the plant, developing and delivering operational improvements, and supporting Projects teams. Add all these learning opportunities to working in our close-knit, high performing teams; you'll really get an unprecedented experience. You will have the opportunity to work with leaders in your field in the following locations:

Mount Isa, QLD (Residential)

McArthur River Mine, NT (FIFO)

Murrin Murrin Operations, WA (FIFO)

About You

Qualified with a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) or similar (prior to commencement)

Committed to maintaining a safe work environment
