In this role you will play a key part in ensuring the successful implementation of Workday solutions with customers through product and implementation expertise.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience implementing Australian HR & Payroll systems, requirements gathering, configuration, data conversion, and testing.
You should be adaptable, curious, detail oriented, self-motivated, proactive and able to successfully partner with customers and your project team.Be ready to be challenged and have fun!
Key Areas of ResponsibilityBecome an expert across multiple Workday products with a focus on HCM and TalentOn client engagements: understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through prototype configuration, assist the client in testing the Workday solutionWork with the client to translate their requirements and legacy data into the Workday solutionAssist the Integration Consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and 3rd party or custom solutionsUnderstand Workday's Implementation Methodology and apply it to all client engagementsEnsure the client takes advantage of Workday's proven solutionsMentor and share product knowledge with other consultants, collaborate with colleagues and product experts to address customer challenges and streamline deploymentHelp deliver successful project outcomes and lasting client relationshipsParticipate in regular training to expand product knowledge with each new Workday release and other role-relevant skillsAbout YouBasic Qualifications5+ years of functional experience with HR & Payroll software solutions or systemsRecent Australian Industry HR & Payroll experiencePrevious consulting experience either with a professional services company or as an internal consultantExperience implementing or working with Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP or similar applicationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceOther QualificationsPassion for customer serviceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent problem solving skillsBusiness analysis and requirements gathering abilitiesAbility to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-trainingExperience deploying multiple projects simultaneously is a plusAbility to travel up to 50% of the timeThe ability to acquire, hold and maintain an Australian Government security clearance is a plusOur Approach to Flexible WorkWith Flex Work, we're combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
