Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect at our Woolloomooloo, Sydney office. The role involves designing innovative architectural projects, managing all project phases from conception to completion, and producing and reviewing detailed drawings and submittals. The Project Architect will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure outstanding results, oversee project management tasks, and ensure compliance with design specifications and construction standards.
Qualifications
* Strong expertise in Architecture and building design
* Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software using Revit
* Experience managing submittals and related project documentation
* Knowledge of LEED standards and experience incorporating sustainable design principles
* Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects effectively
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and client relationship management skills
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
* Strong proficiency in the English language
* Relevant professional licensure is highly desirable
