As a Senior Production and Architecture Consultant (PAC), you will ensure that customers are supported throughout each phase of the product lifecycle (pre-sales, implementation, and support).

You will oversee deployment, performance, reliability, operability, security, and other non-functional requirements of MX.3 platform instances. This role demands exceptional technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities.

You will collaborate closely with the Product Development division and other teams within the Client Services division to achieve effective integration of a capital market enterprise system, ensuring technical excellence and cost efficiency.

This role involves consulting work to ensure client satisfaction with technical aspects across various countries in the Asia Pacific region. Responsibilities include:

1. Building and developing expertise on the Murex platform.
2. Analyzing and implementing improvements for system stability, reliability, and performance through issue analysis, benchmarking, and performance profiling.
3. Serving as the point of contact for Murex system production and architecture technical issues, acting as a trusted partner to clients.
4. Assisting clients with sizing, setup, monitoring, and maintenance of their infrastructure (hardware and software supporting MX.3).

To succeed in this role, you should have:

- A bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering.
- 3-5 years of relevant technical experience.
- Experience with capital markets software (trading, risk management, or operations). Prior technical experience with Murex MX.3 is essential.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems, shell scripting, networking.
- Knowledge of databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server).
- Knowledge of Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
- Curiosity and a strong desire to learn.
- Ability to collaborate and work well in a team.
- Systematic problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good organizational skills.
- Knowledge of multi-threaded programming, design patterns, and middleware.
- Experience with debugging tools such as Valgrind, GDB, BPF, Java profilers like MAT is advantageous.
- DB administration skills are a plus.
- Proactive and self-driven attitude.
