Industry Trainer Position
A leading training organization in Queensland is seeking an enthusiastic industry trainer to deliver high-quality instruction to apprentice technicians.
The ideal candidate will possess a TAE*****/TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment along with relevant trade qualifications. A passion for teaching, excellent communication skills, flexibility, travel across the region and effective planning skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of apprentices
* Collaborate with experienced trainers to achieve seamless integration of training sessions
* Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance assessments and feedback from trainees
