Your role will include:
* Leading and mentoring a dedicated pharmacy team
* Delivering exceptional customer and patient care
* Overseeing daily operations and workflow management
* Ensuring compliance with professional and legislative requirements
* Building strong relationships within the local community
You will bring:
* Minimum 3 years' experience as an AHPRA registered pharmacist
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills
* Understanding and execution of professional services
* High level of teamwork
* Ability to foster a positive, team-oriented environment
* Experience managinga busy dispensary
* Currently residing in Australia with full working rights
