The Role

Reporting to the Electrical Supervisor and Branch Manager, you will lead and develop a team of fire technicians. You'll play a key role in delivering excellent service, managing resources, driving professional growth, and building solid client relationships.

Key responsibilities

· Lead, mentor and manage a team of fire service technicians

· Project Manage large and small projects

· Allocate and monitor workload to meet service delivery KPIs

· Manage inventory and materials to ensure field readiness

· Estimate and quote works for new and existing clients

· Coordinate training and development for team members

· First point of contact for clients on site, ensuring high customer satisfaction

· Ensure compliance with Australian Standards in fire system installation and maintenance

· Support sales and tender processes with your technical expertise

· Read and interpret profit & loss statements, drive commercial outcomes

About You

· Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

· Hold (or willing to obtain) a Current Australian Driver's Licence

· Hold (or willing to obtain) a Current Electrical Licence, White Card, and Open Cable Licence

· Experience in dry and wet fire systems would be advantageous

· Proven leadership experience in fire protection or electrical services

· Strong technical understanding of fire detection/prevention systems

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Exceptional organisational and time management abilities

· Results-driven and self-motivated, with a can-do attitude

· High standards in EH&S and ethic
