Job description Volunteering Gold Coast Ltd
Volunteering Gold Coast is a community-based not-for-profit working to strengthen connection, inclusion and wellbeing across the Gold Coast. Since 1998, we have helped people find ways to contribute, stay connected, and access the support they need to remain active in their community.
Our work includes community transport, aged care and disability support, and volunteering programs that bring people together and reduce loneliness and isolation. Every day, we see the difference that connection makes — for individuals, families and the wider community.
We are now inviting expressions of interest from people who would like to contribute at a governance level by joining our Board of Directors.

We are particularly interested in people who value community, understand the importance of social connection, want to contribute their skills in a thoughtful and constructive way, and have lived experience of volunteering.
We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, including those with lived experience of disability, caring roles, or community service use.
