**Key Selection Criteria**:
- Qualifications: You should have a recognised medical degree and hold current registration with the Medical Board of Australia. You should also have a Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (FRANZCR) or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Radiation Oncologist is highly desirable, as well as experience in a range of radiation therapy techniques. Experience in adaptive radiotherapy, stereotactic radiotherapy, and brachytherapy will be highly regarded.
- Technical skills: You should have excellent technical skills and be able to use a range of radiation therapy equipment. Proficiency in modern imaging techniques such as MRI and PET-CT scans will be highly regarded.
- Communication skills: You should have excellent communication skills to ensure effective collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, patients, and their families. Multilingual skills will be highly regarded, especially in languages commonly spoken in Australia.
- Adaptability: You should be able to adapt to different clinical settings and work effectively with a variety of healthcare professionals. Demonstrated experience working in culturally diverse environments will be highly regarded.
