Now, we're looking for an Entry‑Level Medical Equipment Sales Consultant to join our growing team based in Ormeau, Brisbane South. You'll work closely with our internal sales and marketing teams, learn from experienced product specialists, and play a key role in helping clinics and healthcare professionals find the right solutions for their needs.
Under this role, candidates must be Australian citizens only.
A Bachelor's degree is required.
Job Description
This is an entry‑level internal sales role, supporting our senior sales and product specialists. Based primarily at our Brisbane South office, you'll handle day‑to‑day sales enquiries from clinics, hospitals, service agents, and distributors across Australia. You'll also have opportunities to attend client visits and industry events alongside senior team members to gain hands‑on experience in medical equipment sales.
Candidates must have previous sales experience of any kind.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to and manage incoming sales enquiries (website, phone, and email).
* Promote and sell products to existing customers, including clinics and distributors.
* Identify and follow up on new business opportunities and leads in a timely manner.
* Assist customers with product recommendations, quotes, and basic technical queries.
* Support product demonstrations and training sessions (onsite or online).
* Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with healthcare clients and distributors.
* Achieve sales and activity targets as outlined by management.
* Work closely with the internal operations team to coordinate orders, deliveries, and after‑sales support.
* Prepare and review sales plans and activity reports.
* Attend client meetings, demonstrations, and industry events alongside senior team members (as required).
* Occasional travel (10‑25%) for client visits and industry events.
Requirements
* Australian citizenship.
* Bachelor's degree.
* Previous sales experience of any kind.
