What You'll Be Doing
* Manage inbound enquiries from homeowners interested in solar and battery solutions
* Conduct energy consultations (phone / virtual / in-home depending on territory)
* Understand customer needs and present tailored electrification solutions
* Guide customers confidently through the buying journey
* Maintain accurate CRM updates and pipeline management
* Work consistently towards individual sales targets and KPIs
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 1- 2 years experience in a sales role (required)
* Experience in BDM, telesales, energy sales, appointment-based selling highly regarded
* Strong communication and relationship-building abilityComfortable managing inbound opportunities and converting interest into outcomes
* Target-driven mindset with strong earning motivation
* Organised with good follow-up discipline and time management
* Full working rights in Australia (Working Holiday Visa holders welcome)
* Availability Monday to Friday
