**About the role**: 
**Role**: Customer Service Representative 
**Anticipated Duration**:5 to 6 weeks 
**Start Date**:8_th_ October 
**Location**:Gold Coast, Burleigh 
**Hours**: Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 5 pm); the anticipated hours are 40 hours per week for this contract. 
**Salary**:$32 - $35 p/h (depending on experience)
**Benefits**:Potential to go permanent, incentives for performance over the duration
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls using a provided script to gather key information to update the database 
- Engage with clients for approximately 2.5 minutes per call, asking eight straightforward questions, including:
- Inquiring about fleet size and vehicle types 
- Meet performance targets by making 100 to 130 calls per day. 
- Accurately enter data directly into HubSpot.
**About you**:
- Prior experience in outbound calling 
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to customer service. 
- Excellent communication abilities 
- Ability to work towards KPIs 
- Good attention to detail as you will be updating Hubspot database 
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for client interactions. 
- Adaptable and flexible, able to thrive in a dynamic environment
This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading
