We are currently looking for a creative Design and Marketing Coordinator to join our team based in Cranbourne West.
This role is a unique blend of hands-on creative design and marketing coordination, designed to support the company's fast-growing product portfolio and expanding retail footprint. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality packaging design, digital and print content, and trade marketing support, while also playing a key role in managing online product content and driving visual brand consistency across channels.
To be considered for this position, you will need to have a tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communications (or related field), and a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar design / marketing role (ideally within retail, FMCG, or consumer goods).
You'll also need to demonstrate:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop essential)
- Experience creating print-ready packaging files and managing packaging suppliers
- Strong layout and visual storytelling skills for sales presentations
- Familiarity with website CMS platforms and digital asset management
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to juggle multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
This is a foundational role with clear pathways for growth into a future Brand, Marketing, or Creative Manager position. As the company continues to expand, so will the scope of this position, offering a dynamic and rewarding career trajectory for a motivated, hands-on professional.
Key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Creating and executing all packaging designs from concept through to final print-ready files, including layout, dielines, proofing, and managing supplier feedback
- Ensure packaging designs align with brand standards and comply with customer-specific requirements
- Developing visually engaging customer presentation materials for the National Account team
- Maintaining and updating a central library of presentation templates and branded visual assets
- Working closely with the CEO and Sales & Marketing Director on ongoing website maintenance, updates, and improvements
- Working alongside the Product Manager to organise and oversee all product photography (studio and lifestyle), ensuring high quality and timely delivery
