Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant looking to take the next step in your career?

Our focus is delivering energy efficiency expertise and service across solar, electric vehicle charging, hot water heat pumps, batteries and associated solutions.
New growth has seen our close-knit team grow by more than 30% in the last 24 months through the twin levers of increased volume and new business channels - and we aren\'t slowing down!
We need someone who will work closely with our Finance Manager to deliver strong accounts support through:
- Supporting the Finance Manager, management and wider team
- Daily bank reconciliations and managing cash receipts
- Own the customer invoice process including following up outstanding debtors
- Prepare weekly debtor reports assisting the Finance Manager to manage cash flow
- Processing invoices and managing the timely payment of suppliers and contractors
- Managing the shared mailbox, ensuring enquiries and invoices are actioned in a timely manner
- Fostering excellent stakeholder experiences for both internal and external customers
About You
- Minimum 2 years as a Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant, preferably within a small business environment
- Highly motivated with impeccable organisation and time management skills as you will manage and prioritise your time
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Xero
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task with flexibility
- Must hold Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
- This is an office-based role, we are open to full-time or part-time (30-38 hours approx. over 4 or 5 days per week) - we\'re open to discussing what works for you!
- Salary pro-rated based on hours if part time
- This position will be based at our Geelong office location
