Job Title: Estates Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced property management professional to lead our Estates function. As part of our support functions, you will be responsible for buildings and grounds maintenance, new build refurbishments and alterations, environmental and energy management, external suppliers, and consultants.
The successful candidate will have qualifications and experience in property and estates management, with a proven track record of developing and implementing high-performing teams. You will also possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to embed customer service excellence into all aspects of service delivery within Estates.
You will work closely with our dedicated team to achieve the highest quality services and facilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction, health and safety, quality, and financial management. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organization and make a real impact on our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
