This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll engage with customers, support sales efforts, coordinate technician schedules, and play a vital part in customer service and administration.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage product shipments, stock, sales, and invoicing
* Perform general accounting and administration tasks
* Monitor and respond emails
* Communicate with customers
* Prepare customer quotes and invoices
* Generate service jobs, parts, and sales invoices
* Arrange equipment dispatch and advise customers
* Provide support to sales, service, parts, and warranty teams as required
* Enforce workplace policies and procedures
* Prepare weekly and monthly reports
* Carry out any additional duties requested by management
About You
* Proven administration experience
* Professional phone manner and strong customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and prioritise workloads
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Technical aptitude and attention to detail
* Proficient computer skills
* Current driver's licence
