Job Summary:
As a Customer Service team member at Static Electrics, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers' satisfaction while effectively coordinating and managing schedules for our team. You will collaborate closely with our internal teams to optimise scheduling efficiency and maintain the highest level of service.
Responsibilities:
* Welcome customers with a friendly, reassuring voice that instantly puts them at ease.
* Follow our proven process while adding your own warmth and personality.
* Listen deeply, understand their needs, and tailor each conversation to them.
* Keep calls positive and light, sometimes chatting about what they'd rather be doing.
* Use Scheduling software to manage each customer's journey with precision and care.
* Work closely with the team to make the entire service process smooth and enjoyable.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a customer service role or a related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and time management abilities.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.

Monday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Tuesday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
