About the Role We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Grounds and Maintenance Officer to help keep our community in top condition. If you take pride in maintaining outdoor spaces, repairing facilities, and ensuring a welcoming environment for residents, this could be the perfect role for you What You’ll Do
* Maintain gardens, lawns, and outdoor spaces (mowing, weeding, hedging, etc.).
* Carry out general repairs and routine maintenance across the community.
* Keep communal areas clean and tidy, including pressure washing and waste removal.
* Safely store and maintain tools, equipment, and chemicals.
* Assist with trade coordination and community event setups when required.
What You’ll Bring
* Previous experience in maintenance, gardening, landscaping or handyman roles.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve independently.
* Great customer service and communication skills.
* Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
* Valid driver’s licence.
* Ability to work with minimal supervision.
* Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as required on a rotating roster.
