Office Manager – REAL Specialists

Location: Tweed Heads South, NSW

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30am – 5:00pm, with reasonable overtime)

REAL Specialists is a leading property management and sales business, and we’re on the hunt for a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to keep our operations running smoothly.

Based in our Tweed Heads South office, this role is central to ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and a supportive workplace culture.

What you’ll do

1. Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient environment.
2. Manage office supplies, inventory, and coordinate with external vendors and contractors.
3. Provide administrative support to senior management and the wider team.
4. Organise and manage office calendars, meetings, and correspondence.
5. Set rosters for casual inspection officers and coordinate their daily runs.
6. Maintain office policies and procedures, supporting a productive and positive environment.
7. Be the go-to person for staff queries and contribute to a collaborative workplace.

What you’ll bring

1. Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proven experience in office management, administration, or a related role.
4. Confidence in working with senior management, staff, clients, and vendors.
5. A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to solve problems and keep things moving.
6. At least 1 year of experience as an office manager with a formal qualification to support your experience of no less than a Diploma.
