The Junior Game Designer will be responsible for designing and updating our quests, dynamic events, and collaborating with the development team. Daily tasks include creating design documents, implementing quests and events, playtesting, and iterating on game content to ensure a high-quality player experience.

Role Overview
We are seeking a
Junior Game Designer
to join our design team. In this role, you will work closely with our Lead Designer to create quests, scenarios, and dynamic events for our colony sim "Noble Legacy" that enrich the player experience. Day to day duties include:
 * Writing and maintaining design documentation.
 * Designing and implementing quest objectives and scenarios.
 * Writing engaging dialogue for NPCs.
 * Designing and implementing dynamic in-game events.
 * Collaborating directly with the Lead Designer on creative direction and execution.
Qualifications
 * Experience with
 Unreal Engine
 and
 Blueprints.
 * Degree in Game Design or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
 * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a small, flexible team.
 * Adaptability to take on varied design tasks.
 * Strong in both creative thinking and problem-solving.
· Experience with C++, Photoshop, or Blender is a plus, but not required.
Contract & Compensation
 * Start Date: Flexible, but ideally within one - two weeks of acceptance.
 * Contract:
 3–6 months
, with possibility of extension.
 * Salary:
 AUD 4,000–7,000 per month
 (depending on portfolio and experience).
 * Fully remote position.
