We're looking for a Sales Agent to be the first point of contact for people building their next home with Vero Living. This is a relationship role, not a transactional one. You'll guide buyers — first home owners, families, investors, knock down rebuild clients — through one of the biggest decisions they'll make, with honesty and genuine care at every step.
You'll work closely with our design and construction teams to make sure every buyer feels informed, supported, and confident from the first conversation to contract signing.

What you'll do
* Be the primary contact for all incoming buyer enquiries — phone, email, display, and digital
* Guide prospective buyers through Vero's home designs, inclusions, and house & land options
* Manage the sales pipeline from first enquiry through to contract execution
* Build genuine, trust-based relationships with buyers, land developers, and referral partners
* Present at display homes, land estates, and community events
* Work with our marketing team to provide on-the-ground insights that sharpen campaigns and messaging
* Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales reporting
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in residential property sales — ideally new homes, house & land, or project home sales
* Someone who sells through trust, not pressure — consultative, considered, and client-first
* Strong understanding of the Melbourne residential market, land estates, and the new home buyer journey
* Confident communicator who can explain design, inclusions, and process clearly and warmly
* Organised and self-driven — comfortable managing your own pipeline and follow-ups
* Real Estate Agent's licence (or willingness to obtain one)
* Victorian driver's licence and willingness to travel across Melbourne's growth corridors
