Our 24 centres offer a range of services to our families such as beach, bush and farm kindy, swimming and Healthy Bodies Programs. We even have our own dietician! **Our Centre**
**Caboolture Central Early Education Centre** is located across the road from Caboolture State School. We care for up to 92 children per day in a long day care setting. We offer a huge range of high quality programs for our children such as swimming lessons, music and movement and language opportunities. We are passionate about sustainability and love to explore these practices with the children in our care.
**The Opportunity**:
- Educational Leader
- Monday - Friday 5 days per week
- Up to 38 hours with flexibility
- $35-$40 per hour + super
**Your day-to-day**:
In this position you will mentor, coach and support our Lead Educators across the service in their programming and practice to the highest standards. With your ability to inspire, motivate and incite passion for our sector, you will aim to deliver the highest possible care and education training and mentoring to our teams for our families.
- ensure the adherence to company practices and processes across the service by all team members; and ensure focus is on continuous improvement
- during room visits, monitor staff interactions to ensure that are in line with the EYLF and best practice
- coach, mentor and lead the development and implementation of an effective educational program for each room
- review current educational programs and documentation in the centre
**We would love you to have**:
- A sense of humour, great work ethics and a reliable nature
- A Diploma of Early Childhood Education
- Previous experience as a room leader/educational leader
- Use your amazing coaching techniques to help develop reflective practices
- Identify areas of improvement and support educators in their planning
- Demonstrate a high level of communication skills and maintain a professional manner in the workplace
- Have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- A current Qld Blue Card
- Be passionate about a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for our children
