**About the Role**

As a **Talent Partner**, you'll play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent across various functions, including Client Support, Client Success, Engineering, and Finance. This is a fast-moving role where you'll have the opportunity to **launch new initiatives, enhance employer branding, optimise hiring processes, and drive recruitment projects**.

With **mínimal red tape and direct access to decision-makers**, you'll have the freedom to **innovate, implement new strategies, and make an immediate impact**.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Develop and improve **hiring processes** to attract top talent.
- Identify and engage with **new talent pools and sourcing channels**.
- Assist with **HRIS configurations** and streamline hiring processes through automation.
- Support HR & recruitment projects such as **ATS implementation, employer branding, and onboarding optimisation**.

**What You'll Bring**

**Recruitment Experience** - Proven success managing multiple roles in a fast-paced environment (agency or in-house). Skilled in **job ad writing, Boolean search, and talent mapping**.

**Data-Driven Approach** - Use insights and analytics to inform hiring decisions.

**Operational Excellence** - Experience optimising workflows and improving hiring processes.

**Problem Solver** - You tackle challenges head-on, adapt quickly, and continuously look for ways to improve.

**High Emotional Intelligence** - Self-aware, empathetic, and skilled at managing relationships effectively.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
